hi,do i need to have sign up to canbet through your site,in order to ask for advice,if so sorry, but i would welcome any advice about a problem i am having with them,i sign up to canbet sports ,deposit £25,with a £25 bonus after first bet (bonus wager requirements rollover 6 times) bet won,i placed bets up to £180.00,when i went to withdraw,i was told i had only rollover the £25 deposit once, and if i withdrew,i would not get the bonus,or the winnings of the bonus which they said i had only wagered once, they said my money in my account,my bets that won, does not count towards the bonus 6 times wager requirements, and that i would have to lose my money,so that i could bet the deposit bonus another 5 times before i could withdraw,to me this can not make any sense,i have to lose my bets(money) in order to wager the deposit bonus before i can withdraw,i can give more detail info, bets and emails, this is the email i got today after trying to withdraw, thanks for your help.

Thank you for your correspondence.

Your bonus balance remains 25 GBP and your bonus turnover remaining is 125 GBP.

Please note that when placing a bet, the system will utilise your real money balance first, thereafter your bonus balance will be used. This means the bonus will not be utilsed until your cash balance stays zero.

After fulfilling the total turnover requirements on your New Player Bonus, you can withdraw from your Cash Balance at any time. Withdrawals made prior to the fulfilment of this turnover requirement shall result in the Bonus Balance and any winnings credited to the Cash Balance being forfeited. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the bonus offer for more details at http://www.canbet.com/whatsnew/sportsbook-freebet.aspx

Hi chips thank's for posting this issue here.

I'm a little confused but we will try to find a solution.

You don't have to loose your realy money to turnover the bonus ! you can bet from bonus any time you want and you can withdraw the money any time you want.

I think the problem is here :

Quote:
For example:

If you have a real balance of £25 and a bonus balance of £25, you will be required to bet a total of £150 (£25 x 6) with your bonus balance prior to withdrawal. This means that if you:

1. Place a £40 bet: you will have contributed £15 towards the £150 required (i.e. you will have bet using £25 real funds and £15 using bonus funds)
2. Place a £50 bet: you will have contributed £25 towards the £150 required (i.e. you will have bet using £25 real funds and £25 using bonus funds)
3. Place a £30 bet: you will have contributed £5 towards the £150 required (i.e. you will have bet using £25 real funds and £5 using bonus funds)

This is from canbet.com account.

So they sayed that only whats more then 25 £ is considered a rollover.

Could you please tell us Real money balance and Bonus balance now ?

Also can you post your betting history to see if what i found is the correct answear ?

(Please note that when placing a bet, the system will utilise your real money balance first, thereafter your bonus balance will be used. This means the bonus will not be utilsed until your cash balance stays zero)??

,in other words i have to lose all my cash balance, bet it and lose on there site,in order to wager the sign up bonus 5 more times,to be able to withdraw, confusing on just plain wrong,i did say to them, that if i place a £50 bet, going by there rules, that £25 is my money £25 bonus so that would be another rollover of the bonus, but they state no,my balance money bets,or nothing to do with the bonus.lose my balance then bet the bonus another 5 times,is what they say.

chips03 i'm confused because of your explanations, because is very clear what they want from you.

From what i see you have 4 bets 2 of 25 GBP that mean 0 rollover because they count only whats over 25 GBP. Then you have one of 100 and one of 59.75 That mean 159.75-50 = 109.75 Rollover

So that mean you have to make another bet or bets. You have to rollover 150 euro, you already rollovered 109.75 so make a bet in ammount of 41+25. You can multiple bets for example 20+25 and another 21+25 as you can see they count only what's over 25 on stake.

Hope you understand my explanation, if not i will try to explain again in another way.

Well thet are right you lose the bonus if you withdraw because you didn't rollovered all the money like they ask.

After you get the bonus you can withdraw and we recomend you bet365.com , or maybe you already have an account at them. They ahve a 100 GBP bonus for first deposit. Only yu need is to rollover the money on 1.5 odds one time.

Let me know if everything is clear

hi,my two bets that you pointed out, going by canbet do not count towards the bonus rollover, they said any bets i make with my balance money does not count towards the bonus wager requirements.and to make the bonus wager requirements i have to lose all my money balance so that i can bet my bonus another 5 times to be able to withdraw.

here is canbets email again, there are making it clear that any bets i make do not count, and i have to lose my money to rollover the bonus.

chips03 you are right, i spoked about the real money rollover and they say about bonus rollover, i was at office and i was in a hurry sorry about that.

Well even if it is strange their bonus think like this, play your money and if you win you don't need the bonus and if yu have bad luck and loose the money you will have the bonus to bet.
Quote:
3 Easy Steps to Receiving your £25 Bonus Bet:

Step 1: Open a new Canbet account and enter the Promotional code BETBONUS during the registration process.

Step 2: Deposit and bet a minimum of £25 within 30 days of opening your account.

Step 3: Receive your £25 bonus bet within 24 hours of your bets being settled (resulted). Your bonus bet will be credited into your account, and can be used to bet with at any time.

and can be used to bet with at any time. from what you say is not like this ! Please use their live chat and give them this step and ask them what they ahve to say about !

Quote:
Playing with your Bonus Bet
You can use your bonus to bet with at any time, on any event!

then :

Quote:
Meeting your Turnover Requirements
When placing a bet, the system will utilise your real money balance first, thereafter your bonus balance will be used. As soon as you have met the bonus turnover requirements, the bonus will be credited into your real balance, and may be withdrawn.

So this is not right, why to ay to the player you can bet any time but you can't :) so they give the bonus only if you lose the money ? Is confusing their rules. Or maybe we don't understand clearly.

My advice is to withdraw your money and bet on bet365.com !
